Ok so i tried connecting to xbox live and it autonatically said cant connect so i shut of my rgh then went to neighborhod and it said couldnt recognize it so i deleted it from neighborhood and retried and this keeps happening will (+REP)

Check your launch.ini. Make sure the option "LiveBlock" is disabled.
