Alright so to clear things up...
This glitch Gives you the ability to have multiple perks without counting towards the free slots. Example;
if you had a class with 3 perks and wanted to add more perks you would use a wildcard to get an additional perk slot, but the wildcard + the perk equals 2 class slots taken, this glitch makes it so that a wildcard slot is not used but the perk is still there. so if you had all 6 perk slots used that would use 9 class slots, with this glitch, using 6 perks would use only 3 class slots.
