Thinking of starting a server
Just a basic rundown of the server type
Factions
Towny
MCMMO
Jobs


If anyone is interested you must be
At least 16
Have a mic
Have Skype/Teamspeak/Mumble
Be mature
Committed to helping the server


I would like to have the following ranks
Builder
Helper
Trial Mod
Mod
Admin
Developer
Co-Owner
Owner


Players vote one a month for another player to become mod
The top 3 get Trial mod for 2 weeks and whoever is the best gets to be mod
The other two remain trial mod for another week and at the end of the week
It is decided if they will stay Mod or not

Helper is a temporary position if you are helping an mod/admin

I don't really know why I should be co-owner but I'm a cool 17 year old guy who has owned minecraft since 2011 (Before xbox version exsisted) with good knowledge of the game and the community
Who won't grief and just want to play minecraft more and be a part of something

Why I would be an excellent candidate as co-owner

-I have owned many severs in the last couple years, most being hardcore pvp

-Great experience with configuration/plugins etc.

-All servers I have owned, I received donations, the most being a total of 70$ from a single server

-Experienced in World edit and other world based plugins

Why I Should Be C-Owner
I would love to help the server out i can even help with plugins and im nice friendly can Help This Server Get Somewhere Im Generally On 4-5 Hours a day Weekdays 10-11 Hours Weekends I can watch over people make sure no greifers and ill be glad to help this server out contact me if you need me
