Today while I've been away my email account has been hacked and taken from my possession and everything has been changed. Is there a way to hack it back? or like anything at all?

No one can "hack" your email. Lets get that straight. Someone managed to get your password. Weather that was through a phishing email or you was just careless. we will never know.
You cant "hack" an account back. The best thing you can do is to contact your Email provider and they can help you better than any of us.
