I have a image I need cut out of its background but magic wand tool wont work as it deletes part of the image. I am not patient enough to draw around the image myself and do It that way!

Could anyone help me with this I need it for my clan.

This isn't a copied logo I was creating the logo and I saved it as Jpeg so all the layers merged together
