I've been a big fan of astronomy / Astrophysics for a long time now and still to this day the universe still amazes me, i was just wondering if anyone else shares the same interest as me, don't really meet people now adays that care for it.

i also agree, i like the idea of astrology, specifically black holes, but thats just me

Yes it is, I have always found interest to learn stuff about the universe and how it was formed. But yes simply amazing.

The illusion of space has always been interesting to me.
The fact that there's so much in our "world" that is unknown is scary, humbling, and intriguing.

I really do like it, but I just don't understand it well. In saying that, I would most likely never look for a career in it. Very interesting stuff though. I listen to Neil deGrasse Tyson quite a bit. He explains things great and makes discussions fun.

I find it interesting as well. Mainly because of our lack of knowledge about the universe and incredible large it is.
I was questioning going into astrophysics as a career path but ended up changing my mind due to the lack of jobs in the field and I'd most likely be teaching if anything if I chose the career path.

I love space due to the vastness of it and all of the unusual things out there , also thinking that there could be other Intelligent Beings searching for us
