So I paid $5 to get GTA money lobby I sent him $5 through paypal and he blocked me off Skype he was a TTG member and I will find his username his email is (removed by staff)
I HAVE PROOF I SENT THE MONEY
Is there a way I can get my money back?

Just dispute the money or you can call paypal and they will help you out

Go on onto your paypal dashboard page that shows your recent payments, click the one you sent and dispute it.

Should never pay for a money lobby. Most users do them for free. I'll have a couple of my close friends knock this money lobby out for you.

Whether you may get your money back entirely depends on if you sent the payment as goods & services or friends & family. If you sent it as goods & services you may be in luck, although being refunded depends on Paypal's discretion. Also I would suggest contacting an a mod or admin with this persons username. Good luck!
