What is your budget: 800 USD
Do you need a monitor? Yes
Do you need a keyboard? Yes
Do you need a mouse? Yes
Do you need an operating system? yes
What will you use the PC for? Playing minecraft/ recording mc and editing videos
I would like it to be build on cyberpowerpc

Just under $800 after rebates. Add an SSD when you can. It also might be worth getting a better kb+mouse when you can.
