I just started playing clash of clans about a day ago and it that I really don't have patience to wait for everything to happen. Is there a way to get more gems or coins with a jail broken device ?

You must earn or buy them.There is no hack for unlimited gems/gold/elixir.This is because clash of clans is a server-side game and it would require you to hack the server.
