Depending on what she does.
I mean, adding a cheap SSD will make the biggest difference in the PC. Personally, Id get one and see how it goes.
If you feel that more needs to be upgraded, then plan to do so. But adding an SSD and whacking windows 7/8/10 would add new life to the PC.
