hd pvr are meant to be the best recorders out there so yh its good but cost's alot lol

hd pvr means hd-personal video recorder.

its not a recorder its a type of recorder


a example is a hauppauge hdpvr

Best in the world although it cost 200 dollars. So instead I bought a gigaware capture card for standard definition for $50 at radio shack.
Heres the result (not using the software it comes with)
