basically my Main account Jahhz got banned from bo1 many years ago but recently i fancied playing call of the dead and moon so i made a side account on my xbox but it doesnt let me play them?
i thought its licensed to my xbox

It's licensed to that account. I was in the same exact situation. Just license transfer the DLC from the account your bought it on to the one you want to play it on.

You actually have to go into your account settings and licence transfer it, it's not automatic.

Just sign into the account and licence transfer it and it will work!

ive done licence transfer a few times but never to my self if that makes sense?

Licene transfer to your self and u will have them unless you delteed the acc then u wont be able to get them back good luck mate
