I believe so. Every card on the market will drop. Its simple concepts of inflation. THe more coins people have the more expensive players are. It's not just certain players it is all of them, Legends, IF, TOTY, MOTM, regular, they all go up. So if you stop pumping more money in (coin sellers) people have less coins and so players have to drop otherwise nobody could buy them.

Yeah, me too. I bought 2M from Seagm and they told me that they can't deliver and that I have to wait.

is the web app even coming back on?

I absolutely love then the web app goes down. Recently, I've lost hundreds of thousands of coins due to big trading mistakes. But I should be able to make everything back now. If it continues like that and the players drop more, I'll be able to buy my dream team when the player upgrades come out.

Thanks EA for actually doing something good.

I like this decision to knock the Web App offline for a bit if this issue is what EA knocked it off for.

Finally an initiative against the market rise.

Looks like I'll hold onto my 9,700,000 for a few weeks and be able to get Ronaldo and TOTY Kroos if all goes as planned.
