Just be yourself man, if you watch a lot of youtubers you can see they don't pretend to be someone else most of the time. Also, you just need to advertise your server. Surely someone will watch your videos and say something to someone. It takes some time, the subs don't appear out of no where. I see you just joined a couple of weeks ago so give it some time and advertise and spread your channel around and more people will come to your channel.

This is great and all but you need to just got to keep uploading and stay active! If you are not active then its going to be really hard to grow your channel. I would 100% recommend posting your channel here on the YouTube Forum on TTG because this will help grow your channel. PS: Don't do sub for sub or like for like because this will not help you at all and you will be left with a false fan base! CNVL PEACE!

Your videos don't really do anything. Why should people watch them? They're not lets plays, so people can't get to know you, and their not entertaining, so people don't want to watch. There's just no reason to watch your videos, they're just sort of "there".

Make people WANT TO WATCH. Use bright colors in thumbnails, be funny or entertaining in the first 10 seconds and get people to want to watch.
