I bought the New 3DS XL the other day I currently have Animal Crossing & Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. I want to get 2 more games this week, so if you guys can help that'd be great also. I've been worried about scratching Id rather not use a screen protector how easily does either screen scratch?

I don't have a screen protector on my 3DS, and it doesn't seem to be scratched that much.
I would recommend the Legend of Zelda games. They have Ocarina of Time, Link Between Worlds, and Majora's Mask.
The new super smash bros game is fun on the 3DS as well.

I've never played Zelda before... that might shock some people but I've never played. I like the look of Super Smash Bros.

They have some fun games. Some people like them, and some people don't. I believe they have some demos on the Eshop for them, so you can test them before buying them.
If you enjoy RPG games, Fire emblem and FF Bravely Default are both great. I have spent over 40 hours on FF Bravely default, and I have yet to beat the game.

I'd recommend Majoras Mask 3DS and Ocarina of Time 3DS
they both are adventure games that you've maybe played on your N64, they are both amazing games that have great playthroughs, MM3DS is the newer one just came out last tuesday while OOT has been out since 2011, if not that as others have said get smash.
