So I don't want this to be a XB1 vs. PS or any of that I am just simply listing the problems I have with the XB1 on a daily basis.

1. Trying to connect to a party is a hassle. Either it says I can't join or when I do join my mic says not connected or I can't hear anyone.

2. This is for (Cod:AW) when trying to join a party with my friends, we start the game and boom, we all get kicked and have to restart either the game or the Xbox itself. This might be COD's issue but then again who knows.

3. The interface is janky. I shouldn't have to snap my screen to join a party or to view my friends I wish they would just go back to the 360 UI and make it cleaner.

Is anyone else having these issues? I am deeply considering taking my back. I was so hyped over getting this console and sadly it has been nothing more then a disappointment.

1 sounds like it could be your internet connection and your mic acting up. Try testing network connection in the network setting to double check there's no errors. For the no sound try using the default mic to see if it's just the one you're trying to use acting up.

2 would be a COD problem, inevitable to be fixed it sounds like based on your description.

3. The UI is clean and responsive, you just miss the speed and accessibility of the Xbox 360, which I agree with. On the One you just have to get used to having the apps run in the background and using Snap. It takes a while, but then it becomes pretty effortless.

As for taking it back that's up to you. I personally love mine. Believe it or not change does get easier, and eventually we'll all have to move on from the 360, I'm happy I did though.

Lazy? I think your getting the wrong idea buddy. I know you don't have to snap to view friends. It's just not as fast as the 360 with getting around the menu.

As far as the first one, consider yourself lucky because I chatted with a Xbox rep and he said that's one of the biggest complaints that he here's daily.

I've just picked up a One, due to how unreliable PSN can be. I agree with the interface being a bit annoying, but I think the console itself is pretty decent! Got some great exclusives and the network works better for me!
