Seems strange why they would do this after taking the market down though

they could have taken it down to put them back in

also i think they took the market down to lower player prices (coz autobuyers dont work n people panic sell) to stop too many people making profit on investments for upgrades

I really hope they do, this would actually be amazing

i honestly find it highly unlikely this would happen, in my opinion it's just a slight coding error on the website and it wont actually be implemented... Why only take the web app down to add transfer offers when its actually the whole market that would be affected not just the web app, the disk version would also need to be edited and changed to be able to have transfer offers (through an update, which could be possible) however, i find it unlikely to implement it at such a late date into the game and there really isn't much benefit in transfer offers, it would just create another way for coin sellers, pack generating sites etc to do what EA are aiming to stop... Would just cause too many problems. But who knows. EA are pretty unpredictable.
