Some people say till FIFA 16 and others say before FIFA 16. Does anyone actually know when the Web App is back and what EA are doing with it?

Nobody knows for sure when it will be back. But don't expect to see it anytime soon.

Someone who works for EA tweeted that "It would work again" however, it's hard to tell if that means anytime soon as you know what they are like. Most unreliable people.
