I say I would look at my phone every 5-10 minutes, it is like a habit now.

I'm opposite, I take my phone with me everywhere and I can't go outside without it.

Not so much computers/games anymore. But my phone, that's a different story!

all depends, I really only look at that kind of stuff when im bored. You know youre having a good time when you dont look at your phone.

So it all depends, on a normal day ill glance at my phone every 45 minutes or so. 5.5/10 addiction level

I'm not addicted but I do computing at college and I work when home so I spend 80% of my awake time on a computer unless I'm off college then I spend next to none.
