What is your budget and currency? MAX 500GBP.
Do you need a monitor? Negative.
Do you need a keyboard? Yes.
Do you need a mouse? I could do with one, but it's not badly needed.
Do you need an operating system? Yes.
What will you use the PC for? Casual gaming, a bit of CS:Go, Minecraft and GMOD.

It's not that bad when making a pc, I made mine for 800. If you need help come here and post or look on YouTube for tutorials. I was proud when I made mine, you will feel better if you make it yourself.

I have no clue when it comes to parts or anything, I know very little so I need someone to pick me some out.

Get your OS for free, grab any cheapo keyboard for now. Add an SSD when you have a little more money, and then save for a decent keyboard. Any cheap £5 keyboard will do for now though.
