If you can upgrade to an i5, 8gb of ram, and a GTX 750 TI. I would go as high as possible on the graphics end. Recently, I purchased a GTX 970 and it's amazing but it depends on your budget.

Yes, I would sell the Xbox One if you are going the PC gaming route.

If you are going to mainly game on PC, then yes I would sell your xbox. I would upgrade your CPU to i5 at least, and get a better graphics card. 4gb memory should be fine, but if you want your games to run smoother, bump it up to 6gb at least. Also get an i5 and get 1 tb of ram which would only be $70 so you could have 1.5 tb total also purchase another stick of ram to get it to 8gb if you're going to be gaming because that'll help out in the long run try to get a gtx 750 TI unless you are going to be spending a bit of money and wouldn't mind paying $370 for a 970
