Last night I was on a live internet chat with an AT&T representative and they were helping me setup a new router..
First thing they had me do was go to 192.168.1.254 and turn off Wireless Operation. I thought they knew what they were doing.. but it shut off my internet.. and now I cannot connect to my WiFi to turn Wireless Operation back on. Help?

You dont need internet to connect to your router.
Go to your CMD on windows & type ipconfig /all
Look for your default gateway and type that into your URL
that will get you access to your router to turn it back on.

Follow Xigyy's steps but if your router is not broadcasting a wireless signal just plug into it with an ethernet cable.
