Alright so i have ordered creatine protein and I go to the gym 3 times a week sometimes 4. Should i drink it before working out, during, or after? And do you have any suggestions?

I currently take Creatine, you'll get a lot of people saying how bad it is for you Zzzzz......
Mine recommends taking 4-5 5g spoonfuls in a drink throughout the day, doesn't matter which drink.
Although they recommend something slightly more sugary e.g Pre workout, post workout, squash.
So yeah just take it throughout the day.

I take Creatine tablets immediately after my workout.
