Alright, so I started growing a beard on Boxing day, exactly three months now.
I've got enough facial hair now but it may be too much?
How do you maintain it, so it looks like it's supposed to be there
and not just some mess that I'm too lazy to shave.

Any tips from pro-bearders would be appreciated, thank you!

Might seem kinda lame-o.. but look online for a beard you like, get a styler & a set of beard clippers (small scissors) & you will look like a god damn stud!

Go the barbers and get them to shape it for you.

Relying on other's opinions is the ultimate key to failure and unhappiness.

Do what genuinely makes you happy, that way your confidence is boosted. Believe it or not, that shit shows.

Not so much relying on others opinion, was curious as to what the next step in this process is, haha!

Thanks though!

My beard is some where around 3-3.5 inches long. One of the best tips I could give you for having a nice beard is to find out what length will best fit your face. It will most likely take a decent amount of trial and error but, I've seen plenty of people with beards that just looked out of place on them. Get yourself a facial hair trimmer and a beard comb to keep it as even as possible. It'll make it a whole lot easier than using your typical razors.

I was looking at beard trimmers, is there a specific one you would recommend?

I've never really attempted to grow a full beard but I would imagine that finding a good barber to maintain it and keep it looking crispy would be the smartest choice. After you've been to the barber a couple times you could pick up some tips and tricks on how to maintain a good looking beard.

Anyway, good luck with your beard growing endeavours.

So it seems to be, going to the barber and let him just fix it is the best answer.
That, I shall do!

Thanks!
