Poor. Not terrible, but not very good. For $900, you should have a better GPU than that. No need to wast $10 on RAM, you can buy a 2x4GB kit for $55-$60. Spending more is pointless. Get your OS for free. That PSU isn't great, nor is that case great. No need to spend $30 on a 212 EVO since the 4460's stock cooler will be fine for it. Although, an aftermarket cooler wouldn't really be terrible.

Lol, thanks for the honesty. Wouldn't want to waste my money. What would you suggest for the parts you listed? (GPU, PSU, RAM, and case)

I am trying to work out a parts list but my internet is running slow at the moment. I'll keep trying and I'll post a link for you once I actually manage to get it done. Your budget is $900 before rebates, yeah?
