It depends what console you are playing on?
If your on PC - Look around youtube but be careful what you choose

Xbox360 and PS3 - I am actually not sure what you gotta do to get an aimbot for mw2 on these consoles

u can join certain games to have aimbot but it isnt as good as u think but ya

you can pay for 10th and everything on this guys check it out you get aimbot and wallhack and a red laser coming from the end of you gun but it only lasts until you back out to main menu or shut off your xbox. cost $30
