Whatup guys blezus here and i wanted to know if any of you guys know if it's possible to downgrade a 5s from 8.1.3 if so a link to a tutorial would be much appreciated thanks.

You can't downgrade anymore because Apple stopped signing for IOS 8.1.2 and below so you can't downgrade iTunes won't let you.

You can no longer downgrade to a jailbreakable firmware as Apple stopped signing the lower firewares sometime in January. You can however get the beta iOS 8.1 and 8.2 firewares and jailbreak that via taiG since their tool has been updated to jailbreak the beta firmwares
