Not only is it terrible, but you're only going to be using 450W max. You're not "that guy" because you have a budget, regardless of how low or high it is. Give us a budget and we'll need to know your currency as well to help. Also, will you overclock and do you need peripherals?

Hes not offending you, hes trying to help you spend your money wisely. Like sanctyy said, what is your budget and currency, will you overclock and do you need peripherals(keyboard,mouse etc..)
