Just how are they illegal? They only break the terms of use. And just as one Amendment goes you cannot get punished for the same "crime" twice. That's what makes me wonder.

Oh don't feel bad by old xbox got console banned for doing a glitch in Saints Row 4. I of course sold that to my friend who wanted a xbox and never planned to use xbox live.

What you aren't realizing is i modded ONCE! I was banned twice. My other account me and my friend share because he cant pay for XBL got banned because my other friend joined me not knowing I was in a cash lobby.

I know the Code of Conduct and Terms and Agreements. I am saying I am pissed because I was banned for the same offense more than once WHICH SHOULD NOT HAPPEN!

Modding and cheating are completely different things. The mod tab in older Call of Duties wasn't intended to be used to hack everything on your character. Hell, I'm pretty sure Modern Warfare 2 still issues VAC bans from mod menus.

What you don't get is you did mods knowing you are breaking the TOS you agreed to. A small ban or 2 is nothing, they could of done worse. Now stop complaining

True I'm meaning i've been banned for modding my single player game before. And now I am getting banned for something I have already been banned for. (1 modded lobby) Did you not read my previous posts?
