why do you need chemistry? mine is 32 but i still win all my tournaments..
So what does it ?

how well your players link up so you could have someone from the same club, country or league next to eachother and that would improve your chemistry. also if they like the formation you play that increases it and the same thing with your manager

Yea if the chem is bright green it means your players ball delivery will be more precise if its dark green you still have good link ups but they ball dont also go to the intended target where as if you have the chem that you do you should notice that you passes dont always go to your player
