That should do fine on medium..The Ram might lag you a little though.

To the guy who said low..I played DayZ Standalone on a HD Radeon 5450 on Low with a bit of lag, but I played happily for an hour or so..So I'm sure a 750 can handle it well enough.

I swear everyone asking if their computer will run good always say "will it run DayZ??". And I suppose they mean Standalone if they're new to PC's. (what an awful piece of crap excuse of a game).

If people want good PC's ask "will it run GTA with mods?" instead.

No need for the GTX 750 upgrade your ram to 8gb and go with a GTX 660 for now.

Exactly, with low, you'll get 60fps stable. [hopefully]

This will run it at 40-60 frames depending on location
