Well considering there's a rule against drug talk (this would include displaying a weed leaf in your avatar), it's more about enforcing rules than anything. Lots of people here use TTG when at school or at work, so it makes sense to not allow pictures of drugs or half naked girls in your avatar.

Wouldn't really change much other than one thing which would be, users who haven't been on for a period of time for example 1 year there user name becomes available and that person who has been inactive there account goes into some sort of mode but if they log on again they have the option to choose a username again but not there old one.

I would make it a MLG site since there is all this MLG talk...

I wouldn't change much. The biggest thing I'd do is change the site's skin, because I think it's time for a new one.
