Currently have integrated graphics card, obviously is this not good for gaming. So, I need help finding the best card for gaming. I've bought some cheap games on Steam like Resident Evil Revolutions 2 Episode 1 and can't even play on the lowest settings without lots of lag.

Wow. That PSU needs upgraded first. We need to know your current specs to help. Download Speccy and post a screenshot. If you could tell us your case as well, that'd be useful.

Just wondering if this PC is an all in one unit or a separate tower and monitor?

Bought it as a bundle but the tower and monitor are separate.

Add a dedicated GPU when you can spend more money. You'll need a motherboard and PSU upgrade before adding a GPU anyway. That case should definitely be upgraded and you'd benefit from an SSD.
Thank you for the link to the parts!
