I have one but i know they dont spawn online

Impossible to get online unless either you or someone you know has one. You must either drive or have someone drive near the cemetery in order for them to spawn.

when you get into a cash drop lobby most of the hosts can spawn them in and you can store it in your garage.

They do spawn, I'm on 360 and I went past the church up the top of Paleto Bay to the right of the Ammu-Nation. Two spawned in the car park, they are treated the same as the Rat-Loaders. Spawn in one place and very rarely but even at that. The car is terrible and looks terrible!

I have a rare car that you certainly cant get online, not even a modder. I done the SP to MP glitch when it worked. Modded the Speedo van with max upgrades, Grotti Z tuner wheels, limo windows and bulletproofs. Now thats a rare car that I wouldn't dare share with anyone.
