Im wanting to restore my iPhone but to download the update to iOS 8.1.3 is saying it will take up to 38 hours, anyway i could speed this up?

Without upgrading your ISP no not really.
I don't think iTunes restricts download speeds.

Them I'm not sure. iTunes has never restricted me to the point of a 38 hour wait and a 1.6GB file.
You have the same speed as me, and it does mine in minutes.

Are you using a wireless connection? If so, switching to a wired connection will make that download quiet a bit faster.

Are you using a wireless connection? If so, switching to a wired connection will make that download quiet a bit faster.
I'm using wireless but I did plug it into my modem but didn't seem asif it was going faster or maybe I didn't give it enough time.
