so i just got my hauppauge hd-pvr but
the xbox slim doesnt have the hd cable is the any way to still record and play.??

i have no clue but have you looked up videos on youtube like tuts or anything or maybe even try google someone will have an answer on there

I think fry's, best buy, or radio shack sells a converter box for like $20. I changes the HDMI cable to the blue/green cable you need for the PVR. bought mine from radio shack...
