How are they saying everything is okay when it clearly says on that link that there is limited status.

That's because they was fine earlier today, but now you can clearly see that have updated EVERYTHING apart from socialclub to "Limited".

I'm getting it too and it's really winding me up.
With the amount of time Rockstar have been pushing back the release of the Heists update (over a year), and how widely anticipated it's been, an overload on the servers with it finally being released is inevitable, and Rockstar should have prepared for that beforehand.

Seems like their support website is down now.

Hmm.

Same problem on 360 it keeps "timing out"
