As you all know, and if you don't you do now, EA released an update that put price ranges and price caps on players, each specific to the player. This has sparked a major argument in the FIFA UT community. Implementing it in the middle of the game was obviously a mistake in nearly everyone's eyes. Has EA truly ruined the game? Or simply just Ultimate Team 15.

I think once fifa 16 comes and this carries on it will work out, but they can't just drop a bomb like this half way through a game with so many coins it just doesnt work like that that's why its so bad now.

Ultimate Team won't die out, it will make less people come on and thats about it. Imo its the min band price which ruins it, I am not bothered about the max band price.

Well if you think about it, what's the point in opening packs to make profit? Trading is virtually impossible now. Plus, the risk is now too high with packs because you get 400-600 coins per game and 12k FP is 1.66x the price of the game itself. That's simply for a slight chance to make coins.

I just can't see this working out.

Like Hurleh said, they have changed the market massive out of nowhere and now ultimate team is ruined for alot of people.
But as soon as fifa 16 comes out, it will be fine as everyone will have the same start with the new market and prices and it won't affect anyone like it has in fifa 15.

They should have waited until fifa 16 with the new update as it has ruined the game for so many people putting the update in halfway through.

I personally can't see it dying out, it's FIFA's biggest and most exciting game mode.

Hmm maybe but people will return when fifa 16 comes out because people are not listing up players because loss of coins and people who are packing good players like that guy said neymar, no one wants to waste their coins because they're already at a lost

I doubt it'll die out. Yes, the caps are game changing but there's just no other game mode that can compete with it. EA are a bad company but if UT starts to suffer severely, they'll make changes (improve card weight/lower FP costs).

Ultimately, the rest of UT15 will be a test-run for FIFA 16.

Guaranteed that you will still play this game until the next Fifa comes out though. Its fair to say Ultimate Team is one of the best game mode there is too play, but EA just suck with all the problems they cause.

but will ut be that successful with no trading/real profits only getting coins from games buying from a catalogue, no wagers no helping friends out meaning less lucky in pk friends just wont play much there is no excitement left anymore while its like this without trading who is seriously gonna spend 100's on pks or play 1000's of games to get the best players cuz I certainly wont will just buy fifa 16 for pro clubs
