your gonna want to max your trap first and since it scales off ap your gonna want to start off with a dorans ring and 2 health pots, afther that go for a tear of the godess so you can place more traps (once you get around 600 stacks on it buy the seraphs embrace), after tear get a blasting wand and build it into an abyssal scepter (this is so the enemy ap's wont blow you as easy and it really helps your trap damage by lowering their mr), NOW LETS GETT SOME DMG! build a rabadons death cap and then after that a void staff. after you get your dmg you need to make sure you dont die, so your gonna want to build a sunfire cape (this will prevent you from dieing fast and will help you cs!), and for you last item your gonna want to buy a zz rot portal ( this is best item for caitlyN, as caitlyn has long range she can stand a safe distance from towers every time hes zzrot portal goes to attack it, it also gives alot of armor just incase you get in some trouble!). i hope i helped you build caitlyn to her max strength. enjoy wrecking noobs!

Core items are gonna be IE, PD/Shiv then you have to make your mind up about tankshredding/defensive items etc.

realisticly your build should change every game, you will have your core build which is infinity edge, beserker boots and a shiv, your build should change to how the game is, if they are building tanky you build a last whisper and maybe a ghost blade, if your split pushing you my want to build a runins huricane to push waves faster and shred towers, so you should always change items after your core build on how the game is going

IE/Zerkers/PD or Shiv is pretty much core, then you can get Bork/BT/LW depending on how you're doing, you're almost always going to want some kind of defensive item whether it be Mercurial or Banshees/GA. Another item that I've seen some Caits buy is Runaans, it helps proc headshot but you lose crit if you replace PD/Shiv with it.

Is this the most troll thread I have ever seen? the best caitlyn build is, Infinity Edge>> Beserkers Greaves boots.>> Static Shiv>> Last Whisperer ''Tanks''>> Bloodthrister>> Now here's what you can pick either a Guardians angel or another DMG Item like Mercurial Scimitar. You will carry with this build as long as you have a team with alot off CC and that can peal for you and in team fights don't be the first one to engage the enemy team you should always be behind them.
