Basically I have cash in hand at the moment and I want to buy something with it via PayPal.
I do not have PayPal or A credit/debit card but how can I get the money onto PayPal without having to get a credit or debit card. None of my friends or family have PayPal so I can't give it to them and they send me the cash sum via PayPal.

What can I do?

go to the gas station get a pre paid master card / visa card and link that with paypal.

For years I would go to Walgreens or 7-11 and buy Vanilla Visa gift cards. and then link the card to the Paypal account.

a prepaid visa card cost 4 bucks or you can buy a prepaid paypal
