Could someone build me a 13.5 mill team on xbox +REP to every team

This is the team I was thinking off building.

I like to use any formation with ( 4 ) at the back

If possible a Hybrid (Don't Mind)

I like high rated players if you didn't relies

i would hold off toty iniesta around %80 of people i know that have used him have said he is very average at best, and that tots kroos plays him off the field

Ive got around 14 mill and neuer, neymar, piszczek and marcelo with about 3000 players to sell if I need to. Ive got enough ;)

They all go for about minimum price too.

btw if you are going to make this team and buy costa let me know cause I'll list mine with 99 contract, hunter and 99 fitness and plus 10 everything.

Yeah I was thinking about that but ive used TOTY Kroos and I didn't really enjoy him.

Do you know when TOTS comes out? I thought it was about 2 months away.
