I recently bought the digital copy for GTA V but still after two days I can't play it , I've contacted xbox on phone and they said they couldn't help, anyone have an idea? I even checked my bank statement and I got charged for the download

It did when I first downloaded the game (pre-load) I had to reformat (wipe) my xbox to get it working. It sucked having to redownload all my games considering most are digital but it fixed it.
