I was just wondering if the following desktop computer can handle Minecraft, cs go, and video editing fluently. Thank you!

Specs
Case: BitFenix Phenom Nvidia GeForce GTX Edition
CPU: Intel Pentium G550 2.6GHz Dual-Core (Sandy Bridge)
Mobo: Intel DG67VR
GPU: EVGA GTX 550Ti (1GB GDDR5, 7.4 out of 7.9 WEI)
HDD: 500GB WD Blue 7200rpm
RAM: 6GB G.Skill RipjawX DDR3 (upgradeable, but it doesn't need any more than that)
PSU: Cooler Master CM 460w
Cooling: 2x Cooler Master SickleFlow 120mm Green LED High-Performance Fans (intake), 1x Rosewill 140mm high-airflow fan (exhaust)

Absolutely not! I would run from that build. It has old and cheap components that would perform awful.

you might be able to play MW2 on low or medium settings...

3/10 cheap components

missed the part about the games you will be playing

8/10 for less intensive games

Do you think what FPS level(s) I could average on CS:GO and should I expect to experience any lag spikes?

Do not buy that. Old, low-end components. You'll be able to run CSGO, but video editing, no. It wouldn't surprise me if render times on that were 16+ hours tbh. The GPU performs about as well as a GT 740, which is almost not even worth buying.

I'll take your advice.

But, what about this?:

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Case: Azza CZAS-206S
CPU: Intel Core i5 Ivy Bridge 3570 Quad Core (3.4GHz base clock & 3.8GHz Turbo Boost)
GPU: Sapphire 7950 3GB DDR5
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance Black DDR3 1600MHz (dual-channel)
SSD: Sandisk Ultra 128GB
HDD: WD 1TB Green Drive
PSU: Raidmax 630W Hybrid RX-630SS
Case Cooling: 2x 120MM Blue LED fans (one AZZA, one High-Performance Cooler Master)

What would this be able to run and render at about how long?

Much, much better, but how much is it? What is your budget and currency? II don't know how fast it'll render, but that 3570 is going to give hugely improved speeds over the old Pentium. HD7950 is an older card now, but it's great. Performs about on par with an R9 280, which FYI, is significantly better than a GT 740.
