What heist in GTAV do you unlock the new Savage attack helicopter.

Ive heard that you complete the 4th heist you get it, and ive heard you complete the 5th heist you get it. Which one is it?

If you could tell me what the heist is called that you unlock the savage that would be great.

Also if you want to ever play heists and are experienced and are a decently high level. Message me on XBOX ONE

It unlocks after one of the setup missions in Pacific Standard Job.
