Talked to someone at Xbox.com and this is what helped me be able to download Battlefield Hardline Standard edition if it is messing up for you.

1. Unplug everything from your Xbox for 1min.

2. Once turned back on go to:
Settings > Disc and Blu ray > Persistent storage > Clear Persistent storage.

3. Go to: Network > Advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > clear

4. Your Xbox should reboot itself. Once it has done so search up battlefield hardline standard edition then click on it and I might say manage if it does open it up and it should say ready to install on the right.
