Hey I'm looking for someone that has gta downloaded from the xbox one store and that would license transferit to me and then we could do all the heist, I'm level 120 but i had the game on xbox 360 i just need someone to licence transfer it, i will also help you with anything you want to do

Ther eis no license transfering for xbox one games. All items downloaded on the one are only AND I MEAN ONLY are linked to accounts. So you will have to buy it.

I thought they fixed the license transfer because I was seeing less and less of these requests.

You are able to licence transfer, i know how to do it, I've done it with one of my Xbox friends for minecraft and it takes like 1 minute to do
