I was on chat with them yesterday because i have not been receiving my free weekly pack. They gave me two gold packs for free and told me i should be receiving them this week. But they do check your whole account.

They have seen how many packs you have bought and opened, i was surprised.

In FIFA 14 I put my Ibra up for 120k intead of 1.2m and said I was hacked and they compensated me.
