I want to JTAG or RGH my 360 but I don't know if I need Jtag or RGH 1 or RGH 2. The lists that I see for what one to use arent being completely clear for me. It is a Jasper board with dash 2.0.17150.0

Yes I saw this, but does the 14699>Dash>7371 include the one I have? like add a one in front of 7371?

Yes, RGH1 since RGH 2 is for slim consoles. RGH 1 should work with your jasper.

Alright, I just can't figure it out though because different send in services ask for different dashboards for RGH1 and RGH2 but then I see this picture and get thrown off completely.

Yeah, the PHAT's use RGH1 and slims use RGH2. Atleast thats how I understand it. Your dash should work just fine with RGH1 on a jasper.
