Hi can someone please help me with how to create your own modded cars on gta V online with Jailbreak, like how some people have monster energy vinyls on their cars and stuff or vibrant modded colours?

Not a ps3 MOdder but you like go into the festive dlc which contains the jester and change the paint or whatever in the files.
