Our clan name is named Kaizen which means continuous improvement which doesn't affect our gaming only as we are constantly becoming better as people and as a community based on giving respect to not only male gamers but to everyone. You will never be harassed by any of our members because we aren't just a group of people we are a group of friends who share each other's joy aswell as each other's problems. Everyone is welcome but I am looking for females right now to make the clan easier for girls to join and feel welcomed in the future and the female co-leader (we have three co-leaders looking for the fourth) we had can't switch to the xbox one for a while so I need someone to take over her position as not only co-leader but also main recruiter.
